From :Jon Cooksey Re: So Weird Movie Date: Fri, 16 Mar 2001 Hi Emma, As far as I know, the Disney Channel doesn't have any plans to do a So Weird movie at this point sorry! As far as acting, actors need an agent first; to be an extra you can contact an extras casting agency directly (as far as I know -- I'm no expert on that). Cheers, Jon From: Jon Cooksey Re: So Weird Movie Date: Sat, 17 Mar 2001 You'd have to look in the Yellow Pages for whatever city you're in. J From: Jon Cooksey Re: (none) Date: Mon, 25 Jun 2001 They were made to order by a local Vacouver jeweler from some drawings made by our props department (which are now long gone). There aren't any more. Maybe you could bug Disney Channel to have to originals copied and sell them! J From: Jon Cooksey Re: So Weird Fan Fictions Date: Thu, 12 Jul 2001 They aren't making any more episodes. J From: Jon Cooksey Re: Hey again !! Date: Tue, 16 Oct 2001 Sorry, Emma, I can't help you this time. I don't give out or confirm other people's email addresses, and we can't copy or sell scripts -- they're the legal property of Disney Channel. J From: Jon Cooksey Re: Some Questions Date: Mon, 10 Dec 2001 Hi Emma, > 1) How did you come up with the idea for So Weird? We didn't. The idea originated with Henry Winkler, two producers that worked for him, and Lee Gaither at the Disney Channel. Tom Astle wrote the pilot and we were hired after that. > 2) When the cast meet for the 1st time - was it awkward? We weren't there. > 3) Around how many takes did it take to "perfect" a scene? Usually 2 or 3. > 4) Do you have any "behind the scenes" photos that you would be willing to > share with online fans? Sorry, don't have any. *********************************************************** From: annmarie montade Re: Hi :) Date: Tue, 04 Sep 2001 Hi Emma, 1. I co-wrote, IN THE DARKNESS, REBECCA, THE NEW MATH, SHE SELLS, ANOTHER WORLD, THE ROCK, LAST NIGHT BLUES and QUESTIONS (from Siren). 2. I met the cast once at the premiere of the show. They were all really sweet and down to earth. Mackenzie is super cool. 3. For So Weird the music really was inspired by Jon Cooksey's lyrics. I tried to get a vibe and a feel from the words and translate that to the music. Inspiration comes at the most peculiar times. You always need to be ready and have a small tape recorder handy. 4. I didn't really have the pleasure to work behind the scenes with the cast. I pretty much just got the lyrics and wrote the music and produced and recorded the songs in Los Angeles. The show is filmed in Canada so I just mailed the finished product up there for Mackezie to sing. I actually only met her once. 5. No I really don't know how to get in contact with the cast. If you find a way let me know (-: I'm glad you like the show. Thanks Emma, Annmarie From: annmarie montade Re: So Weird Scripts Date: Tue, 16 Oct 2001 hi emma, unfortunately i do not have any scripts. because i just wrote the music, i didn't really need the scripts. sorry i couldn't help you out. cheers, annmarie From: annmarie montade Re: ? about So Weird songs Date: Sun, 14 Oct 2001 hello, i have guitar chords for a few of the songs. i hope this helps you out. take care, annmarie montade <<GUTIAR CHORDS>> [too big to post here] Email me if you want them.
